What To Expect

At Looking Sharp Beauty Lounge, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave the salon. Take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

  1. Masks are a must so remember to bring yours. Washable masks are available for $10 each or single use masks can be purchased for $2.

  2. Please use the hand sanitizer that is made available, and always wash your hands after using the restroom.

  3. We are currently not taking any walk-ins. Call ahead to book your appointment to avoid disappointment.

  4. Please wait in your car while your stylist ensures all cleaning duties are taken care of. We will call you in when we are ready for you.

  5. Kiddos can be accompanied by one parent, otherwise please come solo.

  6. There will be no beverages served at this time, but please feel free to bring your own and take it out with you upon leaving.

  7. Products can still be purchased, but please don't touch. Let your stylist know what you are shopping for and they will pack them up for you.

  8. Please reschedule if you are feeling sick! Your stylist will also be using their judgement and if you appear to be unwell, your appointment will be moved to a later date and you will be asked to pay for 50% of the service missed.

If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Join Our #genderfreehaircutclub!

We are very proud to be the first salon in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region participating in the Dresscode Project.

We love all of our clients at Looking Sharp, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. The Dresscode Project is an initiative that helps salons create a safe space and experience for the LGBTQ+ community. The goal is to foster an environment where every client feels welcomed and embraced for who they truly are, no questions asked. To support or learn more about it, click the link below, or find the Dresscode Project on Instagram: @thedresscodeproject or like on Facebook @DresscodeProjectTO. Life gets busy sometimes, we know! If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours in advance, it is considered a "no-show" and we will have to charge an administration fee of 50% of the service missed.
